Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a sincere, detail-oriented, and motivated candidate for the position of Assistant . The candidate should have a general knowledge of journal entries and basic accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recording journal entries and daily transactions
Maintain vouchers and supporting documents
Support ledger posting and bank reconciliation
Assist in preparing financial reports
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the accounts department

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 in Management / Accounting (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
General knowledge of journal entries and basic accounting principles
Basic knowledge of VAT, TDS (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Skills & Competencies:

Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team
