Edusanjal is seeking a Communication Trainee. As a Communication Trainee, you may be responsible for communicating with the customers, managing information, making phone calls, and record keeping. Excellent communication skills will play a huge role in your duties.

The ideal candidate is able to think creatively and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will support our internal and external communications strategy.

We are not looking for a part-time consultant/contributor. Background in admissions or college counseling is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Making cold calls to potential customers and keeping records.
• Coordinating with and assisting the call team.
• Assisting the supervisors in making reports.
• Helping supervisor in making call strategies and scripts.
• Assisting the supervisor in making a plan of action.
• Frequent data entry and update.
