Operations Manager - Data Processing Centre

Asseti is a leading intelligent condition‑management platform helping asset owners predict, plan and operate property portfolios worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager - Data Processing Centre to lead our Kathmandu‑based data‑processing hub as it scales from 10 to 20 analysts and beyond, partnering daily with global engineering and AI teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality data processing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and performance‑manage a team of up to 20 Data Analysts.
• Plan and track day‑to‑day workloads (labelling, tagging, QA) to hit delivery targets.
• Design and enforce rigorous quality‑control procedures for accuracy and consistency.
• Optimise processes, tooling and KPIs to boost throughput and reduce rework.
• Liaise with product, data‑science and engineering leads to align on priorities and standards.
• Report team metrics, risks and improvements to senior leadership.
