Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team as a Travel Operations and Reservations Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Handle hotel, tour, transfer, attraction, and activity reservations
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients regarding bookings
Prepare quotations, itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
Monitor booking confirmations and payment status
Maintain accurate reservation records and operational reports
Assist the sales team with travel arrangements and customer inquiries
Resolve operational issues and support clients before and during travel
Manage emails, supplier communications, and daily administrative tasks

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Previous experience in travel operations, reservations, customer service, or administration preferred
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Knowledge of online booking platforms, OTAs, and supplier systems is preferred
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online reservation systems
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple bookings simultaneously
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

Experience with travel reservations and tour operations
Knowledge of European, Asian, and Middle East destinations
Experience preparing travel quotations and itineraries
Customer service and problem-solving skills
