Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operation Manager / Assistant to Director to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the Director in achieving organizational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about management, leadership, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Assist the Director in operational planning, strategy implementation, and team coordination.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.
Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff performance, and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Coordinate between departments to streamline operations and resolve any operational challenges.
Support special projects, events, and initiatives as required by management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong English communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain operational excellence.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary: NPR 45,000/- per month
