We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure efficient service delivery
Manage and coordinate with all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure team productivity
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
Maintain operational budgets and control costs effectively
Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Hotel Management Preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
Good knowledge of hospitality industry standards
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the local area
