Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage and implement operations team to achieve business targets
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities
Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
Manage in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review on regular basis per
Assist in developing operating and capital budgets
Monitor and control expense according to allotted budget
Conduct in interviewing, recruiting, providing orientation and training candidates
Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff
Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions
Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant governmental regulations
Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions

Master’s degree in operations management or related field
5 years’ experience in related field or job
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
Ability to solve HR Issues
Excellent communication skills
