HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee the organization's human resource functions and support business objectives through effective people management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee induction, orientation, and probation management.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development.
• Plan and coordinate employee training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and a positive organizational culture.
• Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
