- Responsible for planning and organizing accommodation, breakfast and other apartment services.
- Responsible for managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure and also maintain statistical and financial records.
- Coordinate and implement sales and marketing activities to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Compile and maintain sales and marketing reports.
- Train and monitor employees in accordance with company standards and give direction to all employees by planning work schedules for them.
- Perform hands – on duties as needed to deliver guest services and effectively deal with customer complaints and ensure that departments achieve or exceed guest’s service expectations.
- Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
- Ensure that activities and events organized by company run smoothly.
- Responsible for property inspections to ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Provide other relief or backup duties as needed at the service apartment including front desk coverage, housekeeping, and other duties to ensure the optimum operation of the property.
