Operation Head

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of an indoor trampoline and entertainment park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high safety standards, delivering excellent guest experiences, and leading the operations team toward achieving business and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the indoor trampoline park.
• Plan staff schedules, allocate responsibilities, and ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.
• Supervise daily activities and ensure smooth coordination across all operational areas.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, health and safety standards, and risk-management procedures.
• Ensure all trampoline equipment, facilities, and activity areas are safe, clean, and properly maintained.
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for timely repairs and servicing.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of all park equipment.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and training.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), attendance, revenue, customer feedback, and other operational metrics.
• Analyze operational data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and initiatives designed to increase park attendance.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement operational strategies and business improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, and operational standards.
