Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and lead the production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing factory operations while ensuring high productivity, quality standards, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and oversee all factory operations to achieve production targets.
Manage production schedules, quality control, inventory, maintenance activities, and regulatory.
Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff and department supervisors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Control production costs, minimise waste, and optimise resource utilisation.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare production reports and present operational performance to senior management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in furniture manufacturing, interior contracting, or a related industry.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and factory operations.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
