Hotel Ichchha, a premier 5-star luxury destination situated in Simara, is seeking an experienced, analytical, and hands-on Operations Manager to join our high-performing leadership team.

In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of all hotel departments, ensuring seamless workflows, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to the highest standards of luxury guest service. We are looking for an operations expert who can bridge executive strategy with flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Coordination: Streamline workflows across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security to ensure flawless daily service delivery.
Service Excellence & Quality Control: Monitor service standards continuously, conduct routine quality audits, and implement corrective measures to guarantee an elite guest experience.
Process Optimization & Cost Management: Identify operational inefficiencies, implement smart workflow solutions, and manage operating budgets to maximize profitability without compromising luxury standards.
Cross-Departmental Leadership: Foster seamless communication and collaboration between department heads to resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly.
Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships to maintain premium supply chains for hotel operations.
Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations across all hotel facilities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive hospitality experience, with at least 3–4 years serving in an Operations Manager or senior operational leadership role within an internationally branded 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star luxury hotel.
Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, property management systems (PMS), and luxury workflow standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a calm, decisive demeanor under high-pressure environments.
