My Nepal Factory is currently seeking a mid-level Operation Assistant to join our team. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong passion for operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations, including production, inventory management, and logistics.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all operational processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain reports on operational activities, including production, inventory, and expenses.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Assist in the training and development of new team members in operational processes.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
