Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
Evaluate institutional buyers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc
Co-ordinate with factory manager regarding required stock and quality
Assist in other office management functions like administration and accounting if necessary
Monitor and control delivery of goods to customers
