Job Description

  • Well experience in the Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word), Photoshop have a good knowledge of the internet suffering mail writing skill etc.
  • To know the FEMIS, DOFE etc system for the labour clearance.
  • Schedule the Chairman / Manager meeting appointment with clients.
  • Coordinate with the manager for the facilitating documentation and visa application.
  • Be responsible for the document's security for assigning access and for and destroying obsolete documents.
  • Guide the candidate for pre-departure information with proper orientation and brief of the job responsibilities.
  • Maintain the record of End to End recruitment.
