We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional attention to detail. Strong English communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain regular communication with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and virtual meetings in fluent English
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met
Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Monitor client feedback and proactively suggest improvements

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
