Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Client Service Executive who is customer-focused and sales-oriented. This role involves regular client interaction, follow-ups, relationship building, and service coordination, similar to a sales and customer-handling role. The candidate will act as the main contact point for clients and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support
Act as a customer-focused sales support executive, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing services
Maintain basic client records, reports, and follow-up logs
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services when applicable
Collect client feedback and report issues or improvement areas to management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in client handling, customer service, sales support, or relationship management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable communicating with clients in English (spoken and written)
Customer-focused mindset with basic sales understanding
Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good attention to detail and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Problem-solving attitude and positive approach toward clients
