Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and functional work environment.
  • Professionally handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel or department as needed.
  • Welcome and assist office visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and hospitable experience.
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Handle various office-related errands, including purchasing office supplies, collecting and delivering documents, and other tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of office-related expenses, visitors, and other relevant data.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office, ensuring important messages are conveyed promptly.
  • Address day-to-day operational challenges and resolve issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a compliant and ethical work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work atmosphere and promote teamwork.
