Job Description

The Office Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day operational tasks, including bank-related work, godown coordination, deliveries, and general office support. The role requires trustworthiness, punctuality, and the ability to handle tasks independently in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deposit cheques, cash, and financial instruments to various banks.
  • Collect bank statements, documents, and receipts.
  • Fill bank forms such as LC (Letter of Credit) and TT (Telegraphic Transfer) forms accurately.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting required banking documents.
  • Visit godown for stock inspection and coordination with staff.
  • Coordinate product dispatch and handle delivery documentation.
  • Collect or deliver office documents, invoices, and packages.
  • Assist with maintaining office files and records.
  • Perform other office-related tasks assigned by management.
