Expertise in electronic cheque clearing system and its operation. Experience in banking/ financial technology will be an advantage.Expert on network equipments like switches, routers.
Knowledge of UNIX, Windows OS, Oracle data base, digital certificate technology.
Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
Experienced at working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Setups and maintains organizations ICT network infrastructures and servers including LAN, WAN, Email, DNS, File servers, and associated systems.
Maintains UNIX servers and applies necessary patches.
Monitors and applies necessary security policies to strengthen the network and hardwares.
Setups, upgrades and maintains the company’s telephone, fax, internet and other communication systems.
Performs oversees system backups, data archiving, disaster recovery.
Provides NCHL-ECC related support to the member banks and financial institutions and supervises the helpdesk function.
Assists project team in implementations of IT systems.
Confirms to organizational policies and procedures.
