Job Description

COPPADES is a non-profit, non-political social organization working in social and community development. This is for immediate hiring and for developing a roster of consultants for World Vision Int. funded Youth Development Project.

Prepare and Design Monitoring and Evaluation Plan of projects and programs.
Support in finalizing minimum standards of activities.
Ensure Accountability (bottom to top & top to bottom) and incorporate Learning.
Lead / support while investigating complaints / suggestions / feedbacks.
MEAL Quality Monitoring Field visits.
Ensure and Update Project Action Plan Tracker.
Generate MEAL report.
