About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong Relationship with Key MT Channels like (Supermarkets /Departmental Stores /Chain Stores).
Regular Visit to Specific Areas for Orders / Product Placement and to ensure high levels of Customer satisfactions.
Have to achieve Sales and Target Set By Company.
Have to have strong Negotiation skills and Communication Skills.
Monitor and analyze sales Performance, Market Trends and Competitive Activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Strategies to increase market share.
Prepare Regular sales Report and Market Analysis and also provide feedback and insights to HOD TEAM on market Conditions and customer Need.
Should have ability to work independently and as part of team.
Wiliness to travel across the country.
