Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong Relationship with Key MT Channels like (Supermarkets /Departmental Stores /Chain Stores). 
• Regular Visit to Specific Areas for Orders / Product Placement and to ensure high levels of Customer satisfactions.
• Have to achieve Sales and Target Set By Company.
• Have to have strong Negotiation skills and Communication Skills.
• Monitor and analyze sales Performance, Market Trends and Competitive Activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
• Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare Regular sales Report and Market Analysis and also provide feedback and insights to HOD TEAM on market Conditions and customer Need.
• Should have ability to work independently and as part of team.
• Wiliness to travel across the country.

Minimum Experience:

• 2 to 3 Years on related Field

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driving License.
• Flexible to relocate or travel frequently as per Job Requirement.
