- Provide training regarding Merchant Panel to existing and new merchant
- Provide continuous support for Merchant regarding merchant panel issue
- Maintains relationships with existing and new Merchants by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
