Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team across Cement, Additives, and Beverage sectors in Nepal.

This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of proven sales experience who are passionate about driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, retailers, and institutional clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate assigned territories
Conduct market visits, ensure effective B2B and B2C coverage, and monitor competitor activity
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Maintain proper reporting and documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback
Provide market insights and contribute to strategic business planning

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
3–5 years of sales experience in Cement, Additives, Beverage, or FMCG sectors
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development success
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally
Experience coordinating with internal teams (Marketing, Accounts, Operations)
