Shree Kumari Educational Trust is seeking a mentor and teaching assistant in Shree Kumari Primary School situated in Hasaura, Kawasoti 4, Nawalparasi, providing education with hostel facility to the poor, orphan and deprived children.

Position: Mentor and Teaching Assistant

Duties, Responsibilities and Skills:

• Monitoring the well-being of our children/students
• Must have a motivated spirit for the poor, orphaned and deprived children and understand their feelings. 
• Have knowledge of the Rights of the Child.
• Good communication skills and understanding the life of poor people
• Knowledge of English and good computer skills
• Assist the teachers and the Principal
• Able to make progress reports and create files of the students
• Making home visits and together with the family consider the children's future
• Making conversation with the children about their future

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Level completed in Social Study or equivalent. 
• Candidates with experience have our preference.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: between 25.000 -35.000 Nepali Rupees
• The possibility of staying in the hostel of the Kumari School.
