Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Regularly visit government and private pharmaceutical companies to introduce and promote company products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely follow-ups
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support the development of effective sales strategies
Evaluate customer feedback and coordinate improvements to enhance product effectiveness
Maintain accurate sales records and promptly inform management of potential issues or market changes
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock availability
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market analysis
Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Should be able to maintain stock records accurately, including updating manufacturing and expiry dates, batch numbers, and generic names of all products.
Must stay up-to-date with all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to medicines and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
Willingness to travel both within and outside the Kathmandu Valley as required

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative
Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in the medical field
Knowledge of government and private pharmaceutical companies in Nepal
Experience dealing with government and municipal hospital clients is preferred
Strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Strong organizational and reporting abilities

Note:

Salary is negotiable based on work performance.
Driving license holders are preferred.
