We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced individual to manage and expand our dealer network across Bagmati Province and assigned outstation markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong dealer relationships. This position is based in Kathmandu, with frequent travel to key markets including Trishuli, Dhading, Gaighat/Katari, Narayanghat, and other territories as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships across assigned territories.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective territory coverage.
Identify new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure product availability and effective distribution within assigned markets.
Follow up on dealer orders, payments, stock levels, and market requirements.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Travel extensively across assigned territories as required.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and territory sales.
Strong knowledge of the assigned market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike are mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
