ODAT Food and Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company engaged in both trading and manufacturing, with our head office and factory operations. We are looking for a dynamic, and qualified Nepali candidate to lead the Supply Chain function.

The Supply Chain Officer will make sure that the company has the right raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies at the right time and in the right quantity, so that production and delivery can run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the purchase of raw materials and other required materials.
Check stock levels and identify materials that need to be ordered.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.
Follow up with suppliers on orders, prices, delivery dates, and quality.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders and supply records.
Make sure materials arrive on time to avoid production delays.
Monitor incoming materials and coordinate with the warehouse for proper receiving.
Keep track of stock movement and help maintain optimum inventory levels.
Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve shortages, quality issues, or damaged materials.
Maintain proper records of suppliers, purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
Prepare simple reports on purchases, stock, pending orders, and deliveries.
Support cost control by comparing supplier prices and delivery terms.
Ensure proper documentation for local and imported materials.
Perform other supply-chain-related duties assigned by the manager.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or manufacturing

Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Good problem-solving skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
