Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Mechanical Overseer / Engineer will manage and support mechanical operations in the manufacturing plant, including machinery operation, minor maintenance, and production support. This role ensures smooth plant operations, quality control, and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and handle cutting, welding, and lathe machines efficiently.
Perform minor electrical works and basic mechanical maintenance of equipment.
Support overall manufacturing and production activities in the plant.
Assist in the operation and monitoring of industrial boilers and furnaces.
Conduct quality control and inspection of steel manufacturing products to ensure standards are met.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and workflow.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

CTEVT certification (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.

Salary: NPR 3 to 5 Lakh CTC per annum (negotiable based on experience).
