Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Factory Manager to oversee the complete production process of sofas and furniture. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, cost control, and timely delivery, while effectively managing production teams and resources.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end production activities, optimize workflows, and maintain quality standards across all manufacturing stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities for furniture and sofa units
• Supervise production teams, including carpenters, machine operators, upholsterers, and helpers
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Oversee sofa production processes (frame making, foam cutting, upholstery, finishing)
• Manage furniture production processes (cutting, assembling, polishing, finishing)
• Monitor and control raw materials (wood, foam, fabric, leather, hardware)
• Maintain strict quality control standards across all products
• Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and tools
• Implement workplace safety and compliance standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams
• Train and develop production staff
