  • MBBS Doctors with valid NMC license
  • Experiences in conducting training
  • Experiences in RH training will be an advantage
  • Able to travel in different districts for an extended period of time
  • Able to commit to an uninterrupted one year work period.

Job Description

  • To take part in planning, Programming implementation of project and activities
  • Conducting and monitoring the training as per the schedules
  • To develop and translate all the training materials as per need
  • To ensure and maintain the high standard quality training
  • To follow up the trainees at the site of work and provide required technical orientation on implementation
  • To maintain proper records of the activities performed
  • To build up cordial relationship and liaison with program stakeholders
