Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the mart to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Handle cash management, billing issues, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Train, coach, and support staff to improve performance and service quality.
