Merojob is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. As a mid-level professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the online marketplace. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for social media marketing, website, newsletters, and press releases, reinforcing brand voice and audience engagement.
Look after and manage a performing team responsible for executing marketing initiatives, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery.
Lead internal users marketing strategies to keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned with organizational goals.
Look after SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to digital platforms.
Maintain strong public relations with clients and media partners to secure positive coverage and build long-term brand trust.
Deal directly with clients to understand their needs, provide marketing solutions, and ensure satisfaction with communication outcomes.
Address and look after marketing queries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Manage all media interactions including press releases, inquiries, and interviews, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the brand.
Ensure all communication activities comply with brand guidelines.
Analyze market trends and monitor various industries to inform and optimize communication and marketing approaches.
Organize and manage marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and podcast shows to enhance brand exposure and lead generation.
Collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts and strengthen brand visibility.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Proven experience in a marketing role with a solid track record of successful campaigns and team leadership, especially in service sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media marketing.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially in client interactions and public relations.
Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Minimum Bachelor level completed or Master Running.
