Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for smart, confident, and energetic individuals to join our Sales Officer for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the real estate industry, confident in communication, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for promoting real estate properties including land, plots, residential, and commercial projects
Generate, manage, and nurture leads through digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and professional networks
Handle client inquiries, provide accurate property information, and ensure consistent follow-up for conversion
Organize and coordinate property site visits, client meetings, and presentations
Conduct market research on property trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures and revenue generation
Maintain updated property listings, client databases, and marketing records
Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness
Manage and enhance company branding through digital platforms including website and social media channels

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media advertising
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
Good organizational and reporting skills
