Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and market positioning.
Coordinate advertising, branding, and public relations activities.
Develop marketing materials including brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor brand performance and customer perception.

Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Create and publish engaging content, reels, videos, and promotional posts.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor website performance and SEO activities.
Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

Direct Marketing & Sales Support

Generate leads through direct marketing activities.
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct direct visits, presentations, and promotional events.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.

Event & Promotional Activities

Organize exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and promotional events.
Coordinate sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
Manage brand visibility during events and campaigns.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Track campaign ROI and marketing KPIs.
Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field. MBA (Marketing) or BBA/BBM/BBS with Marketing specialization
Digital Marketing Certification, Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, sales, or digital marketing.
Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, trading, FMCG, or service industries will be an advantage.

Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite
CRM Software
Content Creation & Copywriting

Salary Range (Nepal Market 2026)

Marketing Officer: NPR 35,000 – 60,000 per month
Senior Marketing Officer: NPR 60,000 – 100,000+ per month
Additional incentives based on performance and sales achievements.
