The Marketing Supervisor will lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and field operations to achieve business goals. The role involves both online and offline marketing management, team development, market analysis, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and marketing targets.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events across online and offline platforms.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, PR, and SEO initiatives to grow brand visibility and sales.
Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, keyword trends, and digital performance to provide actionable insights to management.
Create, review, and optimize marketing content for social media, websites, blogs, emails, print, and other channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and SEO best practices.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, developers, and external agencies to ensure SEO-friendly website structure and content updates.
Monitor website performance, search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics; prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Track team performance, set targets, and prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, SEO performance, and market feedback.
Train, coach, and guide marketing representatives on digital marketing basics, SEO awareness, and content best practices.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, oversee expenditures, and ensure proper allocation of resources across campaigns.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to expand reach and marketing effectiveness.
Attend promotional events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry and digital marketing trends.
Optimize website content, improve user experience, enhance search engine rankings, and drive leads and sales through organic and paid digital channels.
Support lead generation and new business initiatives through SEO-driven content and digital campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel frequently for field supervision and market visits.
Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
Valid driving license (if required for field operations).

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education Level:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience Required:

3–6 years of experience in marketing or sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods preferred.
Proven experience in managing field marketing or sales teams.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and basic to intermediate SEO practices.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and sales operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
Experience with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and marketing analytics.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and basic technical SEO concepts.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO performance tracking tools.
Understanding of digital marketing, promotions, and campaign performance tracking.
