Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and support business growth initiatives. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that generate measurable results.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing end-to-end marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute growth-oriented marketing strategies
Identify target audiences and acquisition opportunities
Plan campaigns aligned with business objectives

2. Campaign Management

Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.)
- Offline channels where relevant
Monitor campaign performance and improve effectiveness

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

Drive lead generation initiatives
Work to improve conversion rates across the customer journey
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling

4. Market Research & Insights

Analyze customer behavior and market trends
Identify opportunities to improve outreach and engagement
Provide actionable insights for decision-making

5. Content & Brand Support

Oversee marketing content to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate with designers and content creators
Maintain a professional and trustworthy brand image

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Leads generated
- Conversion rates
- Campaign performance
Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5–10 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in performance marketing or lead generation
Familiarity with local market dynamics in Nepal
Experience working in a startup or industrial environment
