Department/Location: Business Development /COMPANY Office
Report to:
Direct Line Supervision: Business Development Manager
Inter Line Supervision: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)

Collaboration with:

Internal: All Staff & BoDs
External: Members, Investors/Promoters, Vendors, Market Representatives & Other

Overall Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing the Marketing Supervisor functions of the company.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing, organizing and managing sales campaigns and other marketing activities
Visit different locations as designated by line manager, to reach potential clients for sales
Communicating and coordinating with team to deliver great customer experiences
Execute plans with aim of goals achievement including sales target and expenses control
Should adhere to line manager’s tasks, goals, plans and any activities assigned in relation to business development (Sales and Marketing)
Engage with new potential clients and already available clients to bring higher sales target and customer values
Develop and maintain PR with all potential or prospects clients and organizations
Follow sales cycle and activities as assigned by line manager
Contact and engage leads digitally
Develop and maintain useful contacts for carrying out campaigns, events and business developing activities
Maintain client’s profile and documentations
Conducting campaigns and activities audit, and reporting to the line manager
Should learn in-depth knowledge of products and services of the company
Cross functional (such as different departments) communication and teamwork

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to work in a team
Computer proficiency in office applications and usage of app
Sales driven, target oriented, self-initiated and self-motivated
Must be willing to travel both within valley and out of valley
Must have strong commitment towards customer (clients) services with friendly work attitude
Must have “Willing to Learn” attitude
Experiences in Sales and Marketing will be preferred
Should be able to organize and execute daily tasks
Must have documentation and reporting skills
Knowledge about social media and branding
Must have presentation Skills, Objection Handling Skills

Qualification & Competencies:

Education Degrees: Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized college/university, or other relevant fields.

Experience Years: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field

Requirement & Skills:

Excellent written and spoken Nepali & English languages
Understanding of company acts and disciplinary procedures
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Strong ethics and reliability

Flexible and multitask:

An ability to balance when under pressure
Experience using office packages and other software:
Proficient in MS Office packages

Others: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is must.
