Roles and responsibilities of this job

Department: Local Sourcing / Public Relations/Counselling
Immediate Supervisor: Public Relations Manager / CEO

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and people-focused Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support candidate sourcing, counseling, and branch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Communication

Communicate with new and potential candidates through calls, social media, walk-ins, references, and field inquiries.
Provide accurate job information (salary, duty hours, benefits, process, documents, etc.).
Maintain strong relationships with referrals, local coordinators, and branch office representatives.
Support daily sourcing targets by generating quality leads.

Counseling Applicants

Professionally counsel candidates regarding available jobs, eligibility, processing steps, documentation, and timelines.
Explain company policies, expectations, and deployment procedures clearly.
Guide candidates in choosing the right job category based on skills and interests.
Handle candidate queries politely and confidently.

Coordination with Branch Offices

Coordinate daily with manpower branch offices and sourcing partners.
Ensure smooth flow of candidate data, documents, and updates.
Follow up on pending files, required documents, and interview schedules.
Report daily sourcing and counseling activities to the Public Relation Manager.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper records of walk-in candidates, inquiries, and confirmed applicants.
Prepare daily/weekly candidate sourcing and counseling reports.
Support the processing team by ensuring correct documentation from candidates.

Additional Duties

Assist in field visits, job orientations, and local marketing campaigns.
Support social media posting related to sourcing and candidate awareness.
Represent GRP with professionalism and a positive approach.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 in Management, Social Work, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in counseling, marketing, customer service, or sourcing (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong communication skills in Nepali (mandatory) and basic English.
Confident, polite, and able to communicate with people from different backgrounds.
Good personality, positive attitude, and ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, phone etiquette, data entry).
Ability to achieve daily/weekly sourcing targets.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in recruitment, foreign employment, or field marketing.
Knowledge of Nepali labor migration processes.
Ability to create local networks for candidate sourcing.
