Responsible for overseeing and managing various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content to build and maintain an online presence.
Actively engaging with potential clients through social media channels, responding to inquiries, and handling phone communications effectively to enhance customer relationships.
Efficiently managing and addressing client inquiries, providing relevant information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Regular monitoring and analysis of marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of online campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Staying updated with current online marketing trends and technology is essential for the Marketing Officer to ensure the strategies remain innovative and effective in reaching the target audience in the dynamic online landscape.
