Ivara Innovation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will strengthen brand positioning, drive sustainable growth, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, campaign management, and the ability to operate independently while providing strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing strategies across all major channels
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic performance
Define and manage social media strategy, including content planning, audience engagement, and brand voice
Conceptualize, plan, and oversee video production for campaigns, social media, and promotional purposes
Analyze marketing performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Support the sales team by generating high-quality leads through digital campaigns

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field (experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
Minimum 1+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
Knowledge of video-making concepts, including planning, scripting, and content flow for digital campaigns
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive optimizations
Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools
Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
