Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Content Creator to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to manage campaigns across both digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and visibility in the market
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Drive creative marketing ideas to improve engagement and campaign performance
Generate and manage leads to support business development objectives
Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all social media and digital platforms
Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos
Track and analyze social media and campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights and reports
Support paid advertising campaigns, including execution, monitoring, and optimization
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Video/Creative teams to ensure campaign alignment
Work with external partners and vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media oprations across multiple platform must have personally managed accounts with a follower count of a least 100000.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills
Proven experience in planning, executing, and tracking marketing and social media campaigns
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Basic understanding of design concepts for digital content
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
