Ethicons' strategic objectives are to earn reasonable return on investment by delivering structurally sound, calamity resistant, comfortable, harmonious, affordable and cost effective homes, civil structures, utilities, and amenities keeping clients/citizens' needs at the center.

Management Principles

Ethicons works for promotion of ethical business in construction sector. Quality grounded on human values tuned up with excellence in each step of product making and delivery is the basic management principle upon which Ethicons- is founded. All the officials working with and for the company are expected to be guided by these principles in execution of responsibilities entrusted upon them. One testing element whether an official is capable of or abiding by these principles is how he/she presents himself/herself that is with complaints or solutions to a problem. For Ethicons, there is no problem in the world which is without one best solution. The quality of the solution depends on the attitude of a person how he/she approaches to it.

Objectives:

Ethicons' management intends to employ Marketing Officer (MO) for effective and efficient marketing of Ethicons’ products, and support in the execution of Deputy Chief Executive Officer's (DCEO) activities through Office Manager (OM) towards achieving short-term and long-term goals protracted from the Ethicons' vision, mission and management principles. The MO will report to OM as immediate supervisor and DCEO as second supervisor on regular basis.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Officer will work under the direct supervision of the  DCEO with oversight supervision from Executive Director. She/he will assume overall responsibility of exploring market and communicating our products with potential customers. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist Executive Director and DCEO in establishing basic principles and operating methods for Marketing Department
  • Entertain requests of all clients and provide consultative services
  • Act as an efficient and effective interface between executive office and clients in respect to product knowledge management and transfer to the clients
  • Prepare annual marketing plan, set targets and arrange resources to meet the targets
  • Update the marketing strategy of organization as per necessity
  • Perform any other tasks as directed and instructed by Executive Director through DCEO

Development and Operational Effectiveness:

  • Ability to finely deal with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to introduce and implement strategic ways and methods in marketing Ethicons' products and establishing sustainable clientele relationship
  • Demonstrates a complete in-depth grasp of marketing challenges, customer needs, affordability, attitudes and best ways to make customer understand and buy the value of Ethicons services
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of his/her discipline and cognizant of changing tests of clients, and updates in the discipline 
  • Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive yet constructive attitude
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

  • Applies knowledge, information, and best practices learned from within and outside of Ethicons in day to day activities

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration with Marketing major, management or related discipline or equivalent with 1 years’ of experience. Preference will be given to MBA
  • Professional training in marketing design, planning and implementation is an asset
  • Preferably one years of practical work experience in marketing construction related products
  • Excellent analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS office (especially power point presentation) and IT packages
  • Skills of graphics and web design will be additional
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, understanding of clientele culture and customs 
  • Works effectively under pressure, manages stress well, adapts to rapidly evolving situations 
  • Willingness to work extensive hours 
  • Licensed to drive a 2-wheeler (must) / 4-wheeler vehicle
