Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Marketing Officer - Australia Focused, you will be the face of Global Touch in the market—driving lead generation, building strong relationships, and guiding students toward successful study applications in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and identify potential student markets
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions
Organise seminars, events, and promotional activities
Work closely with counsellors to convert leads into enrolments
Monitor campaign performance and report results
Maintain strong brand presence

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and sales mindset
Experience in marketing, outreach, or field promotion
Target-driven and result-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel for events and engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management (or related)
Education consultancy experience is highly preferred

KPIs (Performance Expectations)

Generate 40–60 qualified leads/month
Achieve 8–12 student conversions/month
Conduct 2–4 events/outreach campaigns monthly
Maintain strong follow-up and conversion pipeline

Commission Structure

Fixed Salary: NPR 25,000 – 30,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives per student conversion (paid on enrolment)
Monthly performance bonuses for hitting targets
Rewards for top performers (campaign bonuses, recognition, growth opportunities)
Top performers can earn 2X–3X their salary
