Leaf Plus is looking for a highly driven Marketing and Sales Manager who can take full ownership of sales growth and brand development. We're looking for a proactive individual who can plan, execute, and deliver results by generating new clients, managing sales operations, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
Identify target markets, areas, and customer segments
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and other channels
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Monitor and manage stock movement in coordination with operations
Plan and execute local marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, activations)
Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and customer data
Suggest and implement new ideas to increase sales and brand visibility

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Excellent communication and convincing ability
Ability to plan and execute independently
Result-oriented with a target-driven mindset
Good understanding of local market dynamics
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
