Reporting To: Marketing Manager (Australia) / Branch Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer handles brand development, digital marketing, social media presence, outreach activities, and student acquisition initiatives for Primo Kathmandu.

Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence

Manage and strengthen Primo’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned content.
Execute digital ad campaigns (boosting, lead generation, retargeting).
Monitor insights and prepare performance analytics reports.

B. Content Development

Create compelling promotional materials including reels, videos, posts, infographics, and stories.
Work with designers on brochures, banners, and brand collaterals.
Draft marketing scripts for counsellor videos, student testimonials, and advertisements.

C. Events & Outreach

Organise and manage education fairs, seminars, and information sessions.
Conduct school/college visits and networking engagements for lead generation.
Build external partnerships with institutions and stakeholders.

D. Lead Management & Conversion Support

Ensure all leads from digital and offline sources are properly logged into CRM.
Coordinate with counselling and admissions teams to maximise conversions.

E. Market Research & Strategy

Track competitor marketing activities and student destination trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for campaign planning.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or similar.
1–2 years of marketing experience (education sector preferred).
Strong digital marketing capabilities and creative content skills.
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
