Dreams Media & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in "Innovation In Outdoor Marketing" in Nepal, is looking for a creative, energetic, and versatile Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for digital storytelling and a sharp eye for design, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for both our brand and our clients.
Graphic Designing: Create high-impact visual content for digital screens, hoarding boards, and social media posts.
Content Strategy: Plan and execute monthly content calendars that align with marketing goals.
Engagement: Monitor social media trends, respond to inquiries, and build an online community.
Ad Campaigns: Assist in designing and monitoring social media ad campaigns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in Graphic Designing (Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.
Ability to create "scroll-stopping" visuals and engaging captions.
Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
