Marketing Officer

The objective of this role

• Development of market-relevant marketing strategy and its execution with the sales team for the regular sales of products for the overall sustainability and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify the market’s opinion on our products, business opportunities, and customer needs for sales of the product
• Develop Marketing, Branding, and Product Promotion Strategy: Based on the market research and the company’s vision, develop solid marketing and branding strategies and product promotion strategies for short to long-term with milestones coordinating with external consultants and in-house team
• Brand Building: Led the team to build the brand of ‘Reclaim’ from scratch with an impactful storyline, collaborate with the designer/marketing agency to develop effective promotion materials, ensured consistent brand messaging & organize creative marketing campaigns
• Organize Product Promotion Events: Organize Product Launch Events, Product Showcase Events, Training & Awareness Events by gathering prospective clients to aware of products & generate sales leads
• Generate Sales Leads through Target Marketing: Explore markets, promote marketing in target market areas, build strong relationships with prospective clients within and outside Kathmandu Valley, and generate sales leads
• Social Media & Communication Management: Consistently manage the social media page of the organization for communication, marketing and promotion
• Collaborate with MNCs and Corporate Houses for Joint Collaboration: Approach, Present & Collaborate with Big Industries, Corporate Houses, and MNCs who are producing plastic to collaborate on managing plastic
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities to management and collect feedback from the market regarding the effectiveness of marketing efforts
