Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, attract potential clients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital and traditional marketing, strong analytical abilities, and leadership skills to mentor and manage the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify target buyers and investors, creating campaigns tailored to different segments
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation
Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPIs
Build and maintain the company’s brand presence across all platforms
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to guide strategy
Oversee creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve targets
Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead conversion) and report results to management

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
Experience in real estate, marketing agency, banking, automobile, tech, or digital marketing environments is a plus
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

Required Skills:

Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English & Nepali
Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
Ability to evaluate market trends and conduct data analysis
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Creative, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
