Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve the company’s objectives for products and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • To be responsible for the creation, correction, and update of all the promotional  materials such as brochures, leaflets, booklets, and others
  • Manage market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, deadlines, goals.
  • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team, providing motivation and inspiration
  • Maintain and update client databases and internal reporting system
  • Assign geographic areas to the marketing team, develop strategies, execute activities and monitor those areas.
  • Brainstorm on ways to improve sales, explore new markets, new market segments.
  • To conduct and monitor regular fieldwork and understand and finetune the marketing plan.
  • Keep records of the client’s transactions, dues, payments, and collection.
  • Explore new tools and techniques which can help boost Brand value and Product value.
  • Actively engage and collaborate with the Business team/ for planning, inventory management, prioritization, testing, scheduling, and delivery of campaigns.
  • Generate and present reports to senior management on proposed strategies that will help in achieving the desired revenue objectives.
  • Marketing from both Digital and non-digital channels.
  • Drive engagement and new customer acquisition via social media marketing and mustering an inorganic rise in following and brand engagement rates.
  • Responsible for managing strong ORM (online reputation management) of the handles.
  • Must monitor the payment collection and dues.
  • Implementing marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
  • To formulate broad plans and propose various marketing strategies under company policy.
  • Submit a weekly progress report to the management about the progress.
  • All and every activity related to marketing and sales must be carried out when directed by the higher management.
  • Conduct inter-department meetings with the HOD of all departments to track improvements.
