Job Description

Nana hotels is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of the Marketing Manager. The applicant should perform his or her task with under the guidance of the General Manager and with the support of the Marketing officer. The Marketing Manager should oversee and take full responsibilities for the sales and marketing effort of the company, as well as ensure the achievement of its marketing goals and objectives are met. The Marketing Manager is also expected to come up with online/offline marketing plans and strategies in order to drive hotel sales.

Primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager

  • Works closely with the CO to develop marketing plans by determining appropriate marketing and sales strategies in market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues.
  • Responsible for maximizing room and cafe occupancy 
  • Networking, establishing and bringing in new contracts to the hotels and acting as an account manager.
  • Training, supervising and assisting the marketing officers as per the marketing plan in order to meet organizational goals
  • Constantly tracking the performance and effectiveness of the marketing activities in order to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) on marketing budget
  • Bringing in new lucrative contracts
  • Promote the company to local, regional, national, constituencies
  • Engage and maintain relationship with key partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis and keep up with market trends.
  • Provide periodical sales and marketing report
  • Other duties as assigned
